'एकका लागि सबै र सबैका लागि एक' भन्ने सिद्धान्तबाट अभिप्रेरित भई सिङ्गो अर्थतन्त्रको एक मजबुत अवयव सहकारी पनि हुन सक्दछ भन्ने मान्यताका आधारमा सम्भावना र चुनौतीका बिच २०६८ साल माघ २४ गते स्थापित त्रिफला बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेड सहकारीको आकाशमा रहेको एउटा चहकिलो तारा हो।
Inspired by the principle of "all for one and one for all" — and the belief that a cooperative too can be a strong pillar of the wider economy — Triphala Savings & Credit Cooperative Ltd., established amid both promise and challenge on Magh 24, 2068 B.S., is a bright star in the cooperative sky.
समाज विकासको क्रममा वित्तीय गतिविधिहरु पनि तीव्र रुपमा वृद्धि भई रहेको र सिंगो देश नै सहकारीमय बन्दै गइरहेको परिवेशमा, समुचित आर्थिक कार्यक्रमको माध्यमबाट समुन्नत समाजको निर्माण गर्ने अभिप्रायले घरघरमा छरिएर रहेको स–साना पूँजीलाई एकीकृत गरी उत्पादनमूलक, शिक्षामूलक र रोजगारमूलक एवं सेवामूलक क्षेत्रमा लगानी गरी आफ्ना शेयर सदस्यहरुलाई आत्मनिर्भर बनाउँदै राष्ट्रिय रुपमा उत्पादकत्व वृद्धि गर्नका लागि त्रिफला बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेड सतत प्रतिबद्ध रहने छ।
As financial activity grows rapidly alongside social development and the whole country turns increasingly to cooperatives, Triphala — intending to build a prosperous society through sound economic programmes — remains steadfastly committed to pooling the small household savings scattered across homes, investing them in productive, educational, employment- and service-oriented sectors, making its shareholder members self-reliant, and raising national productivity.
यस सहकारी संस्था आफ्ना शेयर सदस्यहरुबिच आत्मीयता र विश्वसनीयताको वातावरण सृजना गरी पारस्परिक एवं संस्थागत हितका लागि विभिन्न आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक कार्यक्रममा सक्रिय सहभागी गराउनुका साथै समस्त शेयर सदस्यहरुलाई सक्षम र सबल बनाउँदै सानै परिमाणमा भए पनि समग्र राष्ट्रिय अर्थतन्त्रमा टेवा पुर्याइ रहेको छ।
By fostering an environment of warmth and trust among its shareholder members, the cooperative engages them actively in various economic and social programmes for mutual and institutional benefit, strengthens and empowers all members, and — however modestly — continues to support the national economy as a whole.
अतः सहकारी ऐन २०७४, सहकारी नियमावली २०७५, त्रिफला बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्था लिमिटेडको विधान २०६८ को अधिनमा रही समय सापेक्ष सहकारीमय वातावरणमा विविध आर्थिक र सामाजिक कार्यक्रमको माध्यमबाट हामी सबैको सुख, शान्ति र समृद्धि नै हाम्रो स्वायत्तता हो भने यही नै त्रिफलाको निरन्तरता पनि हो।
Thus, operating under the Cooperative Act 2074, the Cooperative Regulations 2075 and Triphala's own Statute 2068, and through diverse economic and social programmes in a timely cooperative spirit — the happiness, peace and prosperity of us all is our autonomy, and this is the continuity of Triphala.
